Tracee Bentley is Executive Director of the Colorado Petroleum Council, a statewide organization focusing on energy priorities in the state, including hydraulic fracturing and energy infrastructure, as the state seeks to create jobs, generate more revenue to the government and produce more domestic energy.

Monica Lang is Chief of Staff at Zayo Group. She leads Zayo’s efforts around community engagement, diversity and inclusion, university recruitment, business intelligence and executive engagement. In addition, Monica ensures effective activity within the organization based on priorities of the CEO and coordinates execution of strategic initiatives.

Dan Haley serves as President & Chief Executive Officer of the Colorado Oil & Gas Association. As President, Mr. Haley is responsible for leading the industry in Colorado legislative, regulatory, and public relations matters. 

Previously, he was Vice President of Communications, Development and Strategy at EIS Solutions, a public affairs firm where he served as a consultant for numerous corporate and political clients, including oil and gas interests. Prior to that, Mr. Haley spent more than 20 years in the communications field, including 13 years at The Denver Post, where was the Editorial Page Editor. He also was Director of Corporate Communications for CoBank.

Joe Rice is the Director of Government Relations for Lockheed Martin Space Systems.  He is a Colonel in the Army Reserve with five combat tours of duty in Iraq and one peacekeeping tour in Bosnia.  Joe is on the Board of the Colorado Space Business Roundtable and active with the Colorado Space Coalition and Citizens for Space Exploration.  He also serves as an appointee of Governor Hickenlooper on the Colorado Aeronautical Board.  He is a former member of the Colorado State House of Representatives, and a former mayor of the City of Glendale.

Sandy Rothe is the Managing Partner for Deloitte’s Denver office. He is responsible for implementing the firm’s strategies in the Colorado marketplace, including delivering multifunctional services in the auditing, tax, enterprise risk, financial advisory and consulting areas. Deloitte has over 850 people in Denver. He facilitates CFO Transition labs for new CFO’s. He also serves as the Senior Advisor for Inclusion for the Central Region.

He has over 39 years of experience in public accounting and consulting.. During his career at Deloitte, he has served manufacturing, food and beverage, healthcare, engineering, telecommunications, cable, software, and other high-tech companies. He has also extensive experience serving financial services companies including banks, thrifts and finance companies.

Scott Laband is the president of Colorado Succeeds, a non-profit, nonpartisan coalition of business leaders focused on improving the state’s education system. Colorado Succeeds represents business executives from corporations of all sizes and sectors working to ensure all of Colorado’s children are educated to their greatest potential, and all of Colorado’s businesses have the talented and innovative homegrown workforce they need to thrive.

Prior to Colorado Succeeds, Scott worked as the Legislative Director for Colorado Senator Mike Johnston, where he oversaw the policy agenda and served as the point person for both internal strategy negotiations with other Colorado legislators and external relations and coalition-building with advocates and interest groups.

Stephanie Veck is the Executive Director of the Colorado Workforce Development Council (CWDC), a dynamic public-private partnership that is a Governor appointed, business-led, coalition of industry, state agencies and their local system partners. This coalition works to create an integrated talent development system that meets the needs of students, job-seekers, workers and businesses by aligning education, training, workforce and economic development efforts with the needs of industry.   

Stephanie serves on the Governors Business Experiential Learning Commission, the Denver Public Schools Career Connect Board, and the Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Alliance Board; and is an Executive Board Member of the Colorado STEM Champion’s. She was the founding program director of Colorado Companies to Watch and continues to serve on its Legacy Board. She has become known as a national leader in cross-agency and public-private partnerships, sharing Colorado’s work with national audiences through a variety of outlets.

Since 2012 Tom Bugnitz has been CEO of Manufacturer's Edge, the Colorado Manufacturing Extension Partner of the U.S. Department of Commerce.  Tom has over 35 years of broad experience in strategic planning, operations and financial oversight.

Most recently, Tom was a senior executive for a start-up manufacturer of cutting-edge green air-conditioning systems. Prior to that he was founder and president of the Beta Group, Inc., and advised corporate and government clients across the globe for over 25 years in business and technology strategy development. Tom also co-authored a widely-adopted book on business strategy and capital planning for technology. 

Peter Moore is a member of RWO's business practice group and is active in many civic, pro bono, and community activities, including, founder and Board Chairman and CEO of Vital for Colorado (2013 to present). He is included in the 2013 - 2017 editions of Best Lawyers in America for corporate law, the 2017 edition of Colorado Super Lawyers for corporate and business law, and has been rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell since 1990.
