Recently, SpaceX became the first private space company to deliver cargo to the International Space Station. Mars-One, a non-profit based in the Netherlands, is attempting to lead a variety of private space companies, such as SpaceX, into a coordinated team effort to actually get humans to the planet within 10 years.
