Leading Change Without Resistance - Institute for UnLearning

July 5, 2016 Tammy Schaffer

Doug Krug helps executive teams find leadership solutions. He is joined today by his partner in creating the Institute for unLearning, Christine Kahane.

Today we'll talk about Leading Change Without Resistance: The Psychology Behind Change - Managing Endings. This is the first of a two part conversation about change in the workplace.

Christine and Doug will discuss how change to processes can actually stir up grief in employees as they make the transition - and how addressing that grief goes a long way toward improving and implementing the change, faster, and without as much resistance. They'll also touch on generational differences in the workplace which emphasize the need for considerate approaches to change.

As a bonus gift for our listeners, Doug and Christine have offered to share this White Page on Leading Change Without Resistance as a give-away for our radio & podcast audience.
