When we think of Company Culture, it can sometimes be a bunch of buzz words that make management feel nice, but doesn't really do much to promote an effective work atmosphere.

At Footers Catering, company culture is a real feeling of camaraderie among co-workers, respect between employer and employee, and mutual appreciation between the workers and their clients. Anthony Lambatos, Owner and Footers Catering "Coach" would agree that there's no single formula to build a positive company culture - but, he says, it's created over time by giving your employees the autonomy to do great, inspired work, to come up with innovative ideas and a little time to chill out.
