Logistics Careers - Operation Stimulus

January 31, 2017 Tammy Schaffer

Logistics careers are a growing industry, critical to economic development here in Colorado. Gayle Dendinger, Founder and Owner of CAP Logistics, shares how he started his business by moving freight and how the business has changed over the years.

Bob Forshay, Supply Chain Architect and V.P. of Transformance Advisors, and Derrick Knudsen, Executive Recruiter for Ajilon, join the conversation. They'll discuss logistics education, the types of degrees available and what employers are looking for in great logistics employees.

All three will speak with students at the Operation Stimulus event, being held in Denver February 2-4, about professional development, education and best practices for a job search in logistics. Operation Stimulus is both a forum and a conference which includes high school and college students pursuing careers in transportation.

Listen today at 4:00 p.m. on Denver's Money Talk 1690 AM or www.cobrt.com/live.
