Leading Change Without Resistance - Minding the Gap

February 6, 2017 Tammy Schaffer

Doug Krug and Christine Kahane of the Institute for unLearning, help executive teams find leadership solutions. As we continue our series on Leading Change Without Resistance: Minding the Gap, we focus on the gap between senior management and the people they are developing.

Doug and Christine will share where the statistics that attribute 87 percent disengagement in the work force come from, and how they might be interpreted differently by astute management. They will also discuss succession planning and how to know who to bring along.

Christine and Doug are planning a half day introduction to the tools and methodologies, on April 13, 2017. If you are interested send an email with the heading "HalfDay" to [email protected] and they'll get back to you with more details.

Listen LIVE at 4:00 p.m. on Denver's Money Talk 1690 AM or www.cobrt.com/live.
