We're talking with Phil McKinney, well-known innovator, President and CEO of CableLabs where he heads the research and development organization responsible for the global cable industry's technology and innovation roadmap. He retired from his position as CTO at Hewlett-Packard where he oversaw the Global Innovation Office.
