Colorado has been able to boast having one of the most highly educated workforce in the country but the truth is, those educators workers have moved here from other states. 
Our own highest populations are not being educated at a rate that will ensure for good jobs, and upwards progression for future generations. This has come up in many of the conversations we have on Connect and Collaborate, about workforce development and challenges in education.
