We'll talk with Melanie Ulle and Virginia Santy, PhD from Women in Kind about the creation of Denver’s first full-service co-working space for women. They've created a workplace that flips the notion that "Women need to figure out" an amenable work and family situation, by instead, anticipating what women need and working to integrate those 'amenities' into the workplace.
