As a COBRT partner agency, Colorado Workforce Development Council joins us once a month to discuss growth and progress of our state's talent pipeline and developing a strong workforce in a program we call, "Creating Colorado's Talent Pipeline", with guest host Stephanie Veck, Director of the CWDC.

Today, Stephanie's guest is Judy Emery, Executive Director for the Colorado Urban Workforce Alliance, a multi-regional workforce collaborative which promotes industry led sector initiatives, regional collaboratives and best practices within the public workforce system. Assists in aligning business services across the workforce regions.

CUWA Supports and promotes development of career pathways and industry focused strategies, directs and coordinates activities identified by the seven Regional Workforce Directors associated with CUWA in relationship to economic development strategies and employer linkages.
