Prodigy Ventures has created a social enterprise concept to provide job training for young people who have not found success in traditional school or work places, through apprenticeship. By creating a craft coffeehouse run by apprentices who learn the business hands-on, from barista training, through to inventory and eventually running the business, preparing them for future work opportunities or starting their own businesses.
